Centred, a book by Richard Black

There is a big problem all over the Western world – anxiety. Many people suffer from the effects of stress caused by anxiety and anxiety caused by stress. Often this is as a result of the lens through which we interpret situations that we experience.‘Centred’ is the first of the Mind Health (TM) series to help people who don’t necessarily need the services of a counsellor but do need a platform to rethink situations that have impacted their life. While having been a counsellor and speaker for many years, this is the first title from Richard Black. It forms the first Mind Health (TM) principle and creates a foundation for people who are keen to live confidently and to thrive in their life. Richard has spoken about the ‘Centred’ principles to many groups of people who have felt lighter and more confident as they have left the venue, intending to put in place the principles of change. ‘Centred’ will provide people with a handbook/workbook for those who want to work on change in their lives with or without hearing any of Richard's presentations. Cook and Play book

Following on from their playful adventure of hide and seek, Elephant and Penguin welcome their friends into this story. Not only are they coming over to play, but they also enjoy making pikelets and then making decisions on what topping they will chose.

Their friends are Eddie the Kiwi (named after Sir Edmund Hilary), Marlu the Kangaroo (said, ‘Mar-law’, a common name for kangaroos in Aboriginal nations) and Ava the Squirrel (a popular name for girls in England).

When your child has friends over, there are preparations they can make. Elephant and Penguin model this for your child. They tidy up. They prepare food. They welcome their friends. They offer choices to their friends. They thank God for their food. They play. They say goodbye. Learn More

Don't be afraid, God is with you - Board book

The Christmas story is full of people who were afraid – of the news they received from angels, of news they received about a baby being born, of moving from one city to another, and more. Children can be afraid of loud noises, unfriendly people, big animals and illness, and more. Using the story of Christmas, Don’t be Afraid, God is with you presents adults and children with a discussion about being afraid and how they can consider God’s presence in this.
This book has repetitive lines making it brilliant for early readers.
This book follows the story of Don’t be Afraid, God is with you story and activity book but has less words to accommodate the attention of very young children. Learn More

Fires, floods and other nasties
If there has been a natural (or man made) disaster in your country, like fires, floods or even terrorism, and you'd like to support the groups in that area, depending which country you give from, we'll make sure these groups get help. The money will go to celebration items (like Christmas books or birthday gifts) and financial support of the local groups affected.
Families at risk
We're connecting with families who don't always see the value of mainly music sessions first off - but when they attend other services provided by agencies and participate, their smiles return as they connect with their child. It fills mum's life and develops the bond with her children.
Bring connection during Covid-19
We have many stories where mothers say, "I went to my GP. I was told to go on medication. I found mainly music. I don't need medication at all." Post natal depression, social isolation, anxiety along with Covid-19 restrictions can stop anyone in their tracks. Contributing to this fund from anywhere in the world will help those mainly music groups who are struggling financially.
